At the end of the school year (June 2019), our staff spent some time reflecting on our actions.

First, we celebrated "What Worked Well."   Our list of celebrations included:

• Community events that included students, parents and staff (Skating, School Wide Breakfasts, Beach Day, International Potluck)
• Monthly assemblies where we recognized our SHARP Stars
• Collaboration between staff members that was flexible, intentional and honest
• Partnership programs with outside agencies (School's Out, Art Truck, Breakfast Club)
• Buddy activities between classes
• Student leadership opportunities (primary monitors, assembly leaders, office monitors)
